Petite Cottage - characterful village setting

Petite Cottage is a beautifully renovated Grade II listed cottage, in a quiet & peaceful hamlet nestled in the North Dorset countryside. The village consists of stone & thatched cottages, it feels like you are in the Cotswolds.. Imagine cosying up by the fire after a winter walk, or sipping a glass of rosé in the garden on a summer evening. The lack of light pollution makes it the perfect spot for star gazing at night. The village is quiet with no road traffic so it truly is a peaceful stay. The cottage has a living and dining space with a log burner, a kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a large landing space with a futon (bedroom 2) leading to the main bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Please note there is not a door to the landing area/bedroom 2 with double futon, this is an open space. The charm of the property is its characterful quirks and period details. You are welcome to help yourself to a book from the bookcase, and enjoy the calm and peaceful location. EV CHARGING IS POSSIBLE WITH A 13AMP PLUG TO OUTDOOR SOCKET Disclaimer: As this is a period property, the original stone flooring is uneven, and the staircase is winding. The bedroom ceiling heights are low around 1.9-2m. Please be careful in the property and may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. There are steps into the property and steps in the garden. There is also a pond which is fenced off with signage but keep an eye on children. Guest access The whole cottage, patio and lawn is yours to enjoy. Please do not access the rear part of the garden which has been fenced off. This is overgrown and not safe yet (part of an ongoing project). There is also a pond in this area.
