Private chalet above Grabs with sweeping views across the Rhine Valley and, on many days, over a spectacular sea of clouds. Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. New kitchen, new bathroom with rain shower, balcony and outdoor dining area, barbecue, hybrid stove, Starlink Wi-Fi, workspace with printer and an 11 kW EV charger. Cot, high chair, books and toys are available. Parking and self check-in via lockbox. The space Nebelmeer Chalet is quietly located on the mountain above Grabs and is entirely yours during your stay. The balcony, the new outdoor dining area and several rooms offer wide views across the Rhine Valley. On many days, the valley is covered by an impressive sea of clouds. The chalet accommodates up to five guests: • upstairs bedroom with one double bed • large downstairs bedroom with two single beds • small downstairs bedroom with one single bed, a desk and a printer The new kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and Nespresso machine. Nespresso capsules and a small selection of coffee and tea are provided. The new bathroom has a rain shower. The floors and windows have also been renewed. The living and dining area combines the traditional chalet atmosphere with practical modern comfort. A cosy hybrid stove can be heated with either pellets or firewood. Outside, guests can enjoy the new dining terrace, a balcony with particularly beautiful views, a barbecue, the garden and the meadow beside the house. The flower-filled garden attracts butterflies during the warmer months. Families can use a cot, high chair, books for adults and children, colouring books, and toys for indoor and outdoor play. Fast Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet. The small bedroom includes a desk and printer, making the house suitable for workations and business travellers visiting Buchs or nearby Liechtenstein. A portable air-conditioning unit can be used in one room. There is no central air conditioning. Guest access Guests have private use of the entire chalet, balcony, outdoor seating area and garden. One private parking space is available on the property. Up to two additional vehicles can be parked beside the road directly in front of the house, provided access remains clear. An 11 kW EV charger is available directly at the chalet. Charging is billed separately based on consumption. Self check-in is available through a lockbox, allowing guests to arrive at any convenient time after 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. Other things to note The chalet is surrounded by nature in a rural mountain setting. Depending on the season, cows graze in the surrounding fields. Farm work, tractors and occasionally the spreading of manure are part of country life and may sometimes be noticeable. Due to the chalet’s natural setting, insects or other small animals may occasionally be found around the property or inside the house. Despite careful cleaning, this cannot be completely avoided in a home surrounded by nature. In winter, winter tyres are required for safe access. Please drive carefully at dusk and after dark, as wildlife is frequently seen in the area. There is no bus stop directly at the chalet, so arriving by car is recommended. During the snow-free months, the chalet is also easily accessible by motorcycle. Pets are not allowed. The chalet is non-smoking; smoking is permitted only on the balcony or outside.
