This apartment is conveniently located close to a grocery store and shopping center and a short drive to the hospital. The unit features a full kitchen, large living room and office space. We look forward to hosting you! The space This apartment is set up to feel like a home away from home on the lower level of the house. Upon entering you'll find a beautiful and spacious kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, over-the-range microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, all the cookware essentials you'll need, and dining space. The open-concept kitchen is adjacent to the living room area which features a comfortable large corner sofa, an electric fireplace to keep you warm on winter nights and smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services. The apartment has one bedroom which features a cozy queen bed and a desk/office in a separate area for you to complete work comfortably. There are blackout curtains to use for a good night's sleep, or to leave open during the day for lots of natural light. You will also find a full bathroom with a tub, shower, sink with lots of space to keep your toiletries and a heated towel rack to keep your towels always dry and warm. You will have access to fresh towels for the duration of your stay. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap will be provided. Guest access You have access to the entire lower level apartment and will share access to the laundry room, patio with BBQ and backyard with the upstairs tenant. There is also parking for one vehicle on the premises. The neighbors are an elderly friendly couple, are very quiet and go to sleep early and should be treated with respect and consideration as they will treat you the same. Other things to note Due to special circumstances we cannot accept service animals and/or emotional support animals at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience. When reservation is made by a third party, contact information for the guest will be required before code to enter is provided. Security cameras are in use to protect guests and other tenants alike. Cameras face toward the exterior of the property to monitor entrance areas to ensure your safety. There is no capacity for extra beds or extra guests. Sofa cannot be used as a bed. There are no extra bed blankets.
