Lovers of the authentic can enjoy this accommodation in the heart of the Alto Tajo Natural Park. This beautiful house that maintains the rural spirit of the 19th century has been lovingly rehabilitated, so that you can share the Aquaventur Activity Center with us. The architectural elements of the area have been preserved in their entirety, thus achieving that homely air of a village house. The space The foundation dates back 200 years. It has 120 square meters distributed on two floors. One dedicated to services, kitchen and living room with fireplace, and the other to bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The heating is very curious, it is based on the old wood system but we use a high-performance Hergom boiler with air impeller, which for very cold areas has a great thermal efficiency and a great use of heat and also serves to delight us with the pleasant heat of the wood in our living room. It has a plot of 600 m2. It can be used as a parking lot and recreation area where we will find a beautiful gazebo and a barbecue, as well as an old well and a small fountain. The accommodation gives access to an enclosed garden with barbecue and lawn, the terrace/garden is shared with the owners of the property and additionally with the canoeing company (from June 1 to September 31 from 10:30 to 12:00), in this period of time people outside the accommodation pass through this common space. The staff at the accommodation will tell you where you can park the cars so you don't have any conflicts. If you come with pets, the first one is free, after which an additional charge will be charged, please ask The whole house is rented.
