The space Located on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building, this 40 m² duplex offers the perfect balance of comfort, functionality, and a strategic location. On the ground floor, the bright living room accommodates a 140x200 cm sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining area for 4 and a comfortable desk area to work remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, Tassimo machine, toaster, kettle and integrated washing machine — convenient for both short and extended stays. We provide the essentials for your arrival day (salt, pepper, oil, roll of toilet paper, coffee pods, chocolate and tea) and leave it to you to complete according to your needs during your stay. On the intermediate level you will find a modern bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and steamer.
