Peaceful cottage with views of the River Severn.

Our newly renovated farm workers cottage, set on the edge of our family farm - home to Colloegrove Shire horses & pedigree Southdown sheep. Tucked away down a quiet no-through-road in the tiny hamlet of Collafield, the cottage offers peace & privacy. Step to the end of the garden & enjoy breathtaking views of the River Severn at Horseshoe bend. Acres of woodland are a stones throw away, perfect for walkers, nature lovers and mountain bikers & within 10 - 15 minutes of main tourist attractions. The space There are two good sized bedrooms, the larger one with a king sized bed and the other a double bed. The bathroom is situated upstairs between the two bedrooms and contains a shower. The living room has internet TV. There are games available for guest use also. The kitchen is well equipped to be self-sufficient. The table seats 4 but if required can be extended to make it bigger. There is a garden both to the front and back of the property. The back garden offers views across our farmland and over the River Severn. Our horses & sheep are often grazing beside the garden. Ample off road, hard standing parking free of charge. There is a lockable garage if required for storing bikes etc. Please let us know if this is required during your stay. No children under the age of 6 yrs. No pets allowed on the hope that people who have allergies to Pets can have the opportunity to enjoy a holiday. Guest access The entire house and front and rear gardens are for exclusive guest use. We politely ask guest to not feed animals/livestock that may be in the field. Gates must be kept closed when not in immediate use at ALL times due to the wild boar that are often found roaming . They cause a lot of damage if allowed onto farm. Other things to note No children under the age of 6 yrs. No pets.
