Charming farmhouse from 1869, lovingly renovated with modern accents. Located in the middle of the beautiful Eifel, it offers a variety of excursion opportunities for nature lovers. On 3 floors with high-end amenities. Plenty of space, whether indoors or outdoors! The space 4 bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds (for 8 people), 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet with washing machine, 2 living rooms (one with sofa bed for 2 people), large living-dining area with flat screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Also we like to travel and are always happy if essentials such as sink taps, hair dryer, toilet paper, bed linen, dish soap, soap, towels, salt and pepper are already included. Enjoy relaxing days in the idyllic village of Berk, in the middle of beautiful nature of the Eifel. Whether the 3 km distant Kronenburger Lake, the numerous hiking and cycling trails, the wildlife enclosure Hellenthal and so much more there is to discover in the Eifel. A beautiful large garden with sunbeds, seating and barbecue area is at the disposal of our guests in summer. In winter, you can simply use the sauna in the annex for a small extra charge (please register in advance). And if there's snow, you can build snowmen or toboggle down the small slope. We have sleds of course! Guest access The entire house is at your disposal! You can also let off steam in the garden as you please! Other things to note The municipality of Dahlem charges a tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per night. Children up to the age of 14 pay EUR 0.50. This must be paid on site.
