Guest apartment

At the foot of the Csaterberg (7 min) and Eisenberg (10 min) is Kotezicken, 20 minutes to the Stegersbach thermal baths, 5 min to the nearest supermarket. The guest apartment is about 45 m², consisting of a living room including kitchen, dining area and sofa bed 1.40 x 2 m, bedroom including double bed and baby bed, bathroom, toilet. Our swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a children's slide, swing, badminton net and barbecue are freely available. Kotezicken is publicly accessible from Vienna (Dr. Richard, line G1) The space Dear guests, as I am increasingly asked by guests via Airbnb: 1.) No, you are not alone in the accommodation, my family and I also live here and we will not move out for the duration of your stay. Furthermore, I reserve the right to rent out more rooms. 2.) No, your dog, cat, parrot or other pet is not allowed in the swimming pool, it is reserved for people. Thank you.
