The space Our cozy furnished apartment in the basement of our residential building is located on the outskirts of our village Mitgenfeld, close to the highway, the spa town of Bad Brückenau and the recreational and leisure area of Rhön. The family-friendly, approx. 50 sqm apartment is suitable for up to 5 people (of which max. 3 adults!) It includes a bedroom with double and single bed and possibly an extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with sofa bed, cozy fireplace and dining table, and a bathroom with tub shower. The living room has direct access to the terrace and garden. Interior amenities: Bathtub with shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, small freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery. Compact stereo, satellite TV, DVD player. Towels, bed linens and tablecloths are provided. A children's travel bed is available, more details in our house rules. Free Wi-Fi. Outdoor amenities: Terrace with small pool and fantastic views, garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. Guest access A car parking space in the courtyard as well as a separate entrance are provided. When booking, you will receive detailed directions and other up-to-date information by email or via the Airbnb chat in good time before arrival. Other things to note For motorcyclists, our apartment is ideally suited as a "base camp" for day tours through the Rhön, Vogelsberg, Spessart and Thuringian Forest. We are at your disposal with tour tips. Our garage is available for parking mopeds, of course bicycles can also be parked there. Please discuss pets (max. 1, only dogs!) with us beforehand and specify when booking. For more information about our house rules, please also inform yourself about our "dog rules". In the summer months, our pool is at your disposal. We would like to expressly point out that any use of the pool is at your own risk and responsibility! Children must be supervised by their parents / guardians. We, the landlords, assume no liability for any damage to property or health caused by the use of the pool.
