In my 80 sqm apartment in Unna-Königsborn, I offer a room for max. 2 people. We would share the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Sometimes the living room can also be used. We are not always present in the apartment every day. Bed linen, hand towel, bath towel, hairdryer, are provided free of charge during your stay. The room is lockable. We have a Bengal cat. Who sometimes has his sister visiting. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new 4-story house, is modern and colorfully furnished. The kitchen, dining room and living room form a line. From the afternoon, the sun floods the rooms. In the evening there are unforgettably beautiful sunsets. Exclusively from the living room or from the balcony. When you look out the windows, your eyes rest on a large, green meadow with a playground. For a walk in the countryside, the spa park is 3 minutes away. The dining room offers plenty of space at a long table for cozy dining or working. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. It is fully equipped, including a microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a shower head. No access to the private bedrooms. Sometimes I'll be away. Of course, a support and contact person is still on site and available for you. Parking is available right in front of the house. The bus stop is less than a minute away. The Königsborn train and bus station is a 3-minute walk away. Furthermore, you can reach the Sparkasse, a family doctor, snack bar and restaurant as well as a supermarket in 4 minutes. Dortmund Airport is 15 minutes away by car. Signal Iduna Park BVB Dortmund is a 30-minute drive away. It is possible for me to pick you up from Dortmund Airport (20 euros) or Unna train station (10 euros).
