Other things to note Your apartment is located at Pferdemarkt 7, directly to the right of Pizzeria Rustica in the pedestrian zone (blue door and garage door). Important: There are some stairs in the property, some of which are narrow. Likewise, the garage is only suitable for small cars. To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, moisture and smoke detection is installed in the apartment. An air cooler fan with water cooling and air humidification is available for warm days — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant air flow. Pets are welcome with us! 🐾 For the additional cleaning and care work, we charge a fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added later in the booking process. For reservations of 9 nights or more, a fee-based interim cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. The cleaning services are billed via the check-in portal and scheduled in coordination with you.
