The space The property presents a newly constructed, 45-square-meter flat featuring a generously sized master bedroom furnished with a double-size bed for optimal comfort. A fully equipped kitchen complements the living space, providing guests with the convenience of preparing meals at their leisure. The living room offers ample space and is furnished with two three-seater sofa beds, providing versatility for additional sleeping arrangements. Moreover, there is sufficient space to accommodate an extra bed within the living area. For families with infants, cots are provided and can be placed within the spacious master bedroom for added convenience. The flat boasts a modern private bathroom, ensuring guests' privacy and comfort during their stay. Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy the communal garden area until 23:00, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation. Furthermore, the terrace is accessible at all times, offering guests the opportunity to unwind and enjoy the surrounding ambiance throughout the day and evening. Guest access The property boasts a communal garden, which is shared with other residences. Guests are welcome to utilize the garden until 23:00, with flexibility available upon prior agreement. Alternatively, the terrace of the flat is available for use at any time. It is important to note that my parents have a few incredibly friendly cats that reside in the garden.
