Maisonette Giggi (311707)

The apartment Maisonette Giggi is located in the rear, new part of a listed farmhouse from 1870. A steel staircase leads to the separate apartment entrance to the Giggi duplex. Other things to note The lower floor features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, guest toilet and laundry room. From the eat-in kitchen you have direct access to the south-facing terrace at ground level. In the eat-in kitchen there is a comfortable sofa bed for adults. The whole apartment is flooded with light and furnished with antiques. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a spacious bathroom, equipped with a shower/bathtub and toilet. In the large, bright bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed suitable for children (children up to 5 years stay with us free of charge). The apartment is supplied with Grander water, which means you drink wonderfully treated water and shower with it too! Dogs are very welcome, they should be well socialized, as we have a dog ourselves. A maximum of 2 dogs can be brought along. We charge a flat rate of 8.00 euros per dog per night. In the immediate vicinity are two supermarkets and a drugstore (200 meters). The village center with inns and cafés is about a seven-minute walk. Right behind the house, wonderful walking paths begin on the Schlossberg and Kalvarienberg, the Weinland, the Schongauer Lechstausee, etc.
