The property is just a few mins from 3 large supermarkets, 10 driving mins to downtown and 12 mins to the nearest swimmable beach. The space This house has a very spacious patio with an extra-large gazebo. You can watch the amazing sunsets from a rooftop deck, enjoy an evening BBQ, take a dip in the hot tub or have a glass of wine and dinner by the fire. The yard is surrounded by desert plants and flowers with all kinds of endemic birds. Guest access The house is located in a gated community with security at the entrance. Other things to note There is a private fully equipped suite behind the house which is not occupied while guests are there. However, it can be rented out to the same guests for 2 additional guests at an extra cost. There is a Costco which is about a 15-minute taxi/car ride away.
