The light-filled living area invites you to sink into the plush sofa, unwind with your favourite show, curl up with a book, or slide open the balcony doors to let the sea breeze drift through. The double sofa bed can be prepared on request for an additional fee, offering added flexibility. The kitchen balances style and function, defined by deep green cabinetry, brass tapware and crisp white tiling. An oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge make cooking effortless, while a large window frames treetops and ocean glimpses, adding a scenic backdrop to everyday moments. The dining nook offers a welcoming spot to share meals or work comfortably with natural light streaming in. Step outside to the private balcony, where outdoor seating looks out toward the ocean and surrounding treetops. It’s a peaceful perch for sunrise coffees, slow afternoons, or a quiet drink after exploring the famous Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk. The bedroom continues the serene palette, centred around a queen bed dressed in crisp linen, with built-in wardrobes offering generous storage to maintain a calm, uncluttered feel. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and vanity storage, along with a washing machine, dryer and drying rack, making longer stays effortless. Linen Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of stay. This complimentary kit cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one toiletry kit per bathroom and not for per guest staying. Long Stays We accommodate long stays of 21 nights or more. However, any stays at this length or more will incur an additional mid-stay clean of $[dynamic amount]. This clean will include a full clean and fresh laundered professional linen.
