Sabinka House

The Sabinka house is situated in a quiet environment of the village of Valča by the stream, in close proximity to the Snowland-Valčianska dolina ski resort. Only 10 km from Martin. 18 km from the spa town of Turčianske Teplice. The space We present you the newly built Sabinka House, which is located in a beautiful environment, in the cadastre of the village of Valča (Lazy) in Malá Fatra. Our house is situated near the Valčiansky stream on a sunny meadow. We are about 4 minutes by car from the Snowland - Valčianska dolina ski resort. Every day of the year, we offer accommodation in the Sabinka House. The capacity is 8 people (including extra beds). The cottage consists of a living room with a fireplace, LCD TV with satellite reception, CD/DVD player and two sofa beds. The sofas are used for a comfortable sleep of 4 guests. The living room is connected to the kitchen, where there is a glass-ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer and seating. There are two separate bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed. For the little ones, we offer the possibility to prepare a baby bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Behind the house there is a large covered terrace with wooden seating, a grill, a goulash kettle and a garden swing. Children can choose to play in the sandpit, swing, slide, trampoline, badminton and several toys. Parking for four cars is provided right next to our property. Tourists, skiers, cyclists and all those who like active recreation in the nature of the Valčianska dolina valley will be delighted. The list of attractions worth seeing certainly includes the Museum of the Slovak Village – Jahodnícke háje, the Turiec Gallery and the cemetery or the theater in Martin. Fun and relaxation in the water in the pools of Sunny Martin Swimming Pool or Vrútky Swimming Pool are also a good fit. After the snow cover, skiing or snowboarding is possible in Snowland in Valčianska dolina or in the ski resort Martinské hole.
