It’s also great for those who want to get away from it all and unwind in the cozy tranquility of the cottage, relaxing in the hot tub and feeling at home at this peaceful place to stay. The space Lodka Guesthouse offers comfortable, fully equipped accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the Ráckeve–Soroksár branch of the Danube, in a peaceful, waterfront setting. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with two pull-out sofa beds. When unfolded, the couches form a large, continuous lounging area, allowing multiple people to relax comfortably, watch TV, or it can even be used as a large queen-size bed. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a shower, where a washing machine is also available. Guests will have access to a fully equipped, appliance-filled kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, gas stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, pots, cutlery, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Upstairs, there is a smaller room with two separate beds, as well as a spacious, panoramic bedroom offering beautiful views of the Danube (R.S.D.) and the garden. In the garden, a 6-person, salt-sanitized, wood-fired hot tub awaits guests. For outdoor activities, we also provide barbecue and campfire facilities. Just a few steps from the guesthouse, there’s a private dock where you can fish in comfort. We also provide a fish cleaning station for anglers. Szigetcsépi Beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, but it’s also quick to get to from the jetty by paddle board or by swimming. The beach awaits guests with a clean, sandy shore, a playground, and a snack bar offering delicious food and refreshments. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire guesthouse and the garden. Guests have access to all areas of the house, including the living room, bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. The hot tub in the garden, the barbecue and campfire facilities, and the private dock are also available for guests’ enjoyment during their stay. Other things to note Important information for your stay The guest who books the reservation is responsible for the conduct of any accompanying guests and for any damage they may cause. Visitors may only be received after prior arrangement with the host. We ask our guests to respect the quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM); loud music or events are permitted only with prior agreement. The guesthouse is non-smoking and equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Upon departure, please maintain basic order (wash dishes, collect trash). The final cleaning is provided by the host, but it is the guest’s responsibility to maintain order during their stay. In the event of damage, the guest will be responsible for the cost of repair. Use of the hot tub, dock, and other waterfront amenities in the garden is at your own risk. The hot tub is wood-fired and can be used by up to 6 people at a time. Please cover it after use. It is the guest’s responsibility to obtain the necessary fishing permits. The boat may only be used by persons over 18 years of age who can swim; the use of a life jacket is mandatory.
