Gîte Le Grain

Welcome to the Ouche Valley, an "open-air garden"! Our cottage is in close proximity to the forest. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, bikers and nature lovers. It is also close to Malain (castle), the Burgundy Canal, the Chassagne golf course, the Dijon Presnois motor racing circuit, Alésia. For swimming, the Ouche is perfect, as well as Lake Panthier, and the Grosbois reservoir. The visits to Dijon and Beaune are very accessible from our home (20 km). The space The gîte comprises two rooms: * a living room in which you will find the small kitchen, a table that unfolds to seat up to 6 people; the sofa bed is in this room. (140 cm *200) * the bedroom, equipped with a double bed of 160 cm *200. The bathroom and toilet are separate. you have to cross the bedroom to go to the toilet and bathroom. There is no: - television, but the wifi works well. - Microwave - shutters, but street lighting stops at 11 p.m. and bedrooms are equipped with curtains - private outdoor space for the gîte, but a small table in front of the gîte, on a small path that we take to go home. I prepare the cottage according to the age of your children: baby equipment on request, books and games. in the village there is a small playground, and animals to observe. The beds are made on arrival, I provide towels, tea towels and napkins. There is a grocery store in the cottage, coffee and tea. the cottage is located on the ground floor but it is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the gravel in front of the cottage and a step to access the front door.
