HOME A spacious and fully air conditioned modern 1st level home with 3 BR’s, 1.5 BA, that sleeps up 7 ( 1 bedroom has a twin trundle bed) a stylish living room with a large 55’ smart t.v., a comfy sofa and 2 lounging side chairs. Spacious dining table that seats 6, ready to be filled with amazing meals and great conversation. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave and coffee/tea station ready to enjoy a delicious cafésito as you plan your fun-filled day. From preparing delicious meals to stirring up some fun cocktails, this kitchen has it all for you. BATHROOM You’ll love the bathroom which includes an large LED vanity mirror, hair dryer, and large standup shower where you can relax with a hot or cool shower as you rinse the days sand away and enjoy your glowing tan. BEDROOMS (1) Bdrm 1 features a queen sized “dream sleep” mattress with premium bedding, dresser, closet, 43’ smart and a convenient work/vanity desk. (2) Bdrm 2 features premium bedding on a twin size bed and twin sized trundle bed. (Trundle under bed used for 7th guest - child only) with 43’ smart TV, closet, dresser and “dream sleep” mattresses. (3) Bdrm 3 features a queen sized “dream sleep” mattress with premium bedding, dresser, closet, 43’ smart TV and convenient work/vanity desk. LAUNDRY AREA A full-sized front load washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Spacious folding station next to large linen closet with beach towels. Wash, dry, fold and repeat and your leisure. BACKYARD/POOL AREA Get ready for some fun under the sun. Walk thru the newly renovated kitchen with easy access to the backyard. Enjoy the large grass area that includes fun games and loungers to soak up the sun or play a competitive game of connect four or cornhole. Relax under the beautiful large covered gazebo with spacious and comfy seating and barbecue grill area with Bluetooth speaker that sits in front of the gorgeous heated pool ready for all to sit back, splash around, sun bathe or simply retreat and take in the tropical vibes day and night.
