The space Interior Information of the Residence This is a spacious residence of 100 sq.m. which can comfortably accommodate 8–11 people. On the ground floor of the residence there is an open-plan kitchen-living room which also leads to the large veranda. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area has everything you need to prepare meals, from breakfast to dinner, in a welcoming space that brings the family together. In the area extends a spacious and bright living room with a large corner sofa that converts into a comfortable bed, ideal for hosting additional guests. Additionally, on the same floor there are 3 bedrooms. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, while there are also 2 more bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds. Finally, there is also a large modern bathroom with a shower. Access to the upper floor of the residence is only by internal elevator. On this floor there is one bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also has access to a sunny balcony with an outdoor dining area. Outdoor Area & Amenities The villa is surrounded by a large, lush green garden that invites moments of relaxation and play. In the garden there is a comfortable gazebo with a gas grill, an auxiliary kitchen with a refrigerator, and a large dining table where you can enjoy unique moments with friends and family. Next to the gazebo there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the house has a large veranda with a dining area as well as a large balcony with a view of the sea and the garden of the residence.
