Upon entering, you will find an impressive and large open-plan living area that combines the lounge, dining room, and kitchen, all under beautiful wooden-beamed ceilings that run throughout the entire home. The décor—based on wood, organic tones, and modern lines—creates a warm and beautiful atmosphere. The living room is the heart of the home, a cozy space equipped with two comfortable sofas and a massive 65-inch Smart TV, ideal for your moments of relaxation. The dining area features a large wooden table perfect for shared meals, seamlessly connecting to a modern kitchen with a center island, fully equipped and featuring a fantastic 5-burner gas hob. From this central area, you also have access to a cozy back patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in total privacy. The bedroom layout is ideal for ensuring privacy, as they are located on opposite sides of the main living area: On one side, you will find a bright double bedroom (with a spacious 150cm bed) featuring its own walk-in closet and a full bathroom right next to it, recently renovated with a modern walk-in shower. On the other side of the living room is the second double bedroom, also equipped with a comfortable 150cm bed, its own walk-in closet, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, also brand new with a convenient walk-in shower. TRANSPORTATION If needed, we can arrange a taxi to pick you up from the airport (additional cost). If you plan to rent a car, we can offer you a car rental company with a special discount for being our guest. CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT Key collection takes place directly at the house. Someone will meet you to show you the home, hand over the keys, and provide some interesting local information. Check-in schedule: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. (Exceptions apply). Between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM: There is a possibility the house may not be fully ready if other guests are checking out the same day. In this case, we can proceed with a standard check-in: you can collect the keys, drop off your luggage, and even change clothes, but you must leave the property until cleaning is finished (at the latest by 4:00 PM). We will notify you as soon as it is ready. 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM: A 30 euro surcharge applies, payable in cash upon arrival. 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM: A 50 euro surcharge applies, payable in cash upon arrival. After 1:00 AM: We do not accept check-ins after 1:00 AM. Depending on circumstances, early check-in (before 12:00 PM) may be possible. Please ask. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
