Welcome to our cozy 1 BHK on the second floor, perfect for travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. You can stop over if you are travelling uphills. We are closely located and approachable to Chandigarh and Mohali. Chandigarh Railway Station-7mins. 2mins drive to Kalka-Shimla Highway. 5 mins walking distance to main market. 10mins drive to Paras Hospital/Alchemist Hospital. The space The home offers a bright living space, a comfortable bedroom, a functional kitchen, and all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing visit. The 2nd floor has a huge open space with alot of greenery, perfect for soaking sun in the winters. We have a cat in the neighbourhood, who might visit you sometime. Guest access Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor without a lift, making it ideal for guests comfortable with stairs. The climb is rewarded with fresh air, natural light, and a pleasant view of the hills. There is main grill door at the ground floor which is open for the guests, which will be closed by 10pm, but guests will have access to the keys. Only 2guests per stay are allowed. Other things to note Hello! -Just a quick heads-up, we don’t allow parties or get togethers and only boys guests at our property. -We welcome families/couples/working professionals at our property. -Tv is functional in the living room! -ID’s of all guests to be given before chekin(Adhar card/ passport). Please note Airbnb does not share any ID with host. This is mandatory requirement.
