Alnön has a lot to offer, but you will be tempted to stay in the house and cozy up, enjoy cooking, have a cocktail by the fireplace or on the jetty at sunset. Fall walk along the sea to one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. Enjoy the sea view and the stars in the Jacuzzi before you fall asleep to the sound of sea waves - it's pure happiness The space This charming beach house is an old 19th-century timber house that offers a unique combination of historic atmosphere with modern comfort. Located on a 1400 sqm plot with lawn and three wooden decks, you can enjoy amazing sea views from several seating and dining areas. The private swimming cove is perfect for swimming and water games for both children and adults. The house sleeps a total of 6, of which 4 are in the main house and 2 are in the outbuilding. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. In the house there are two bedrooms: one upstairs with an associated living room and workplace, and one downstairs where you will also find a shower and toilet with municipal water and sewage. The wooden deck by the house has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining area for 8 people. At the beach and swimming cove, there is a jetty, patio deck and outdoor gym. For extra relaxation, the large wooden deck has a heated Jacuzzi and lounge furniture (lounge furniture available only during the summer). With the forest next to the house, you can enjoy quiet forest walks or walk about 800 meters to Tranviken, one of Sweden's largest and most beautiful sandy beaches. Also nearby is the picturesque fishing village of Spikarna, with its charming red fishing huts. The beautiful stone town of Sundsvall is about 25 kilometers away and Birsta supermarket with IKEA is about 25 kilometers away. Free parking and good WiFi are included. Guest access You have access to the log cabin with four-bed rooms and a garden shed with two beds, a heated jacuzzi, three balconies, outdoor kitchen and a jetty at the swimming bay. Other things to note The price includes shampoo, soap, detergent and towels for use in the kitchen. In the kitchen, there is also a selection of spices for cooking. You bring your own bed linens and bath towels. Cleaning is not included – we therefore ask our guests to clean before departure, so the next guest can feel welcome. Cleaning products are available in the house to facilitate cleaning.
