Please follow the building’s designated smoking areas. 5️⃣ Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours, especially late at night, to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors. 6️⃣ Cooking Policy Light cooking only is allowed. Cooking seafood or strong-smelling food may not be permitted. 7️⃣ Pool Access The swimming pool is available but requires a separate fee paid to the building administration and follows their schedule. 8️⃣ Parking There is no private parking in the building, but paid parking is available outside on a first-come, first-served basis. 9️⃣ Care for the Unit Please treat the space with care.
