The space The accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor with stairs. The apartment includes: > a bedroom with bunk beds > a bright living room with a double bed > a fully equipped kitchenette > a bathroom with a shower Equipped with free Wi-Fi, smart TV, and central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Free on-site parking available. Guest access The panoramic outdoor pool and solarium area, open from June to September, are shared with other apartments in the building. Pool towels are available upon request. The pool is naturally heated by the sun and does not have an artificial heating system. The apartment is located in the hills of Dervio, near the famous Sentiero del Viandante. It is easily reachable in about 5 minutes from the SS36 exit and a 10-minute drive from Dervio. The apartment can be easily reached by car via the SS36, taking the Dervio exit and continuing towards Valvarrone. Limited and infrequent public transport Other things to note Italian regulations require the mandatory presentation of an identity document for all guests. To facilitate registration, we have set up online check-in, which allows advance completion of the data and a preliminary check, enabling easy and quick access upon arrival, without time restrictions. Please note that, if online check-in is not completed in advance, guests will still be required to complete registration and document verification, and this procedure involves time restrictions and/or extra charges.
