Guestroom "Boven-Langs" is located in the heart of the castle village of Diepenheim. You have a private entrance, two rooms, a well-equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a spacious, partly covered rooftop terrace with a lounge set. A SPAR supermarket, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance, surrounded by the peaceful landscape of Twente. The space The guest accommodation is a self-contained unit inspired by the American Shaker style, with a private entrance. It features a unique double box-bed (220 cm x 180 cm) and an additional boxspring (200 cm x 120 cm), suitable for a third guest or two children. The space includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. A favorite feature is the spacious, partly covered rooftop terrace—perfect for enjoying long evenings outdoors when the weather allows. Extremely suitable for walkers and cyclists looking to explore the scenic Dutch countryside of Twente, with its wooded trails and the renowned Six-Castle Route. The village offers a SPAR supermarket, a café, and several restaurants—all within walking distance. Guest access The room is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. During your stay In most cases, I am present in the building and can be reached on my cell phone, or simply by ringing the doorbell at house number 8. Questions are meant to be answered, wishes are meant to be fulfilled. Other things to note While the room is equipped with all modern comforts, please note that the building was originally constructed as a private residence. The main entrance is shared with potential guests staying on the ground floor. Sound may carry, so we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of this. The upper floor and bathroom are entirely private and not shared with any other guests. Bicycles can be safely stored in the enclosed garden behind the building, where power is also available for charging e-bikes. There is ample free street parking nearby, as well as several public charging points for electric vehicles.
