The apartment is located in the mountaineering village of Sachrang at 800m. It is on the 2nd floor (no elevator), very sunny and quiet. Size: 37 sqm, 1 bedroom, 140-cm bed, very good mattress, bathroom, living room with open modern kitchen, work area with height-adjustable desk. It is suitable for 1-3 people. There is a folding mattress for the 3rd person. The large balcony invites you to sunbathe, have breakfast and enjoy. There is a sauna in the basement for warming up and relaxing (15 min / 1 EUR). The space The kitchen with a quiet dishwasher, fridge, kettle, oven and induction hob is equipped with high-quality appliances. For coffee, there is a French press; instant coffee powder is provided. Salt, pepper, and spices are also available. Bathroom with shower, living room with TV. SMOKING is allowed only on the balcony! Please adhere to this rule. The apartment is ideal for two. There is no sofa bed, but there is a folding mattress for the third person. Linens and towels are provided. A toddler seat for the dining table is available. Guest access The entire apartment with balcony and the sauna in the basement. This one works with coins – €1/15 min. It heats up very quickly. At the beginning, it is best to insert 3 coins right away. Please sign your names on the sauna occupancy schedule (Kelker) and clean the shower in the sauna room after use. Thank you so much.) Other things to note There are many hiking and cycling trails in Sachrang. Recommended: Wildbichl and Altkaseralm - both open year-round. There is a nice cross-country ski trail with floodlights until 9:00 p.m. and ski lifts. Swimming in Lake Walchsee or in the Moor or outdoor swimming pool in Aschau - and of course in Lake Chiemsee (30 min) There is a good Italian restaurant, “Zur Post,” in the village, as well as a village store for small purchases.
