Bright + Airy Modern Home in Central Copenhagen

Newly renovated apartment in a secure building, full of light in the most central area of Copenhagen, with lots of atmopshere and not so much city noise. Elevator access, to the 3rd floor makes coming and going with luggage a breeze! Such a prime location for visiting Copenhagen - less than a 5 min walk to the water front, 5 min walk to Central Train Station, < 2 minutes to Tivoli Amusement park and between 10-12 minutes walk to the main shopping street Strøget. A hideaway you can't miss! We have taken great intentional care to create a comfortable living space here without distracting from the amazing setting of central Copenhagen. Minimal yet modern and youthful decor with a twist of Venice, California spunk (where we reside otherwise!) What we fell for in this newly renovated 100 year old building, was the classic tall ceilings, big window sections, hard wood floors, combined with state of the art kitchen and bathroom. It has a cosy and homey feeling while still being luxurious and bright. There's space enough for private time even if you're four people with the large master bedroom and office/second guest room and the cozy sofa in the common kitchen/living space. Brand new grocery store directly below. Across the street is a delicious cafe with coffee, great burgers and acai bowls! We love popping down for weekend brunch or taking our work there.
