The creative annex: Cozy, small farm by the sea

The past years we have worked on renovating this small farm in the woods, with great views of the sea. There are one bedroom, and a sleeping couch(look under it) and two mattresses. There are wifi, a new kitchen, living room with fireplace, books, games and a cozy atmosphere. Though, the place is very livable, parts of the place is still a work in progress, and if you look you'll notice. If you are handy and bored, you´re welcome to help sawing down some trees or painting a wall! The space This is a small calm house, close to the sea with birds and trees surrounding it. There is a boat in the boathouse that you may use, but please wear a life jacket and be careful. You need to row it, because someone really wanted the motor and haven't returned it yet. The parking space easily have room for 5+ cars, and the beds can be individually set up or as a double bed. Other than that there is a comfortable couch in the living room. Guest access The main house is what we rent out. The other buildings are a work in project. In the main house you'll find three bedrooms, two living rooms, a kicthen and a bathroom, and a porch.
