Air conditioning in the living room. All with TV and Wi-Fi. AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT:Elevator. Seasonal swimming pool for adults and children (from June 15 to September 15, changes subject to the community of neighbors) and playground. 1 parking space/apartment included. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:Equipment (except towels), water, gas, electricity, entry and exit cleaning, use of the pool and parking NOT INCLUDED:Towels for rent (25€ set of 5 shower towels, direct payment in cash).
