Cozy apartment with Lech view from 1 month

Directly in the countryside is our 2-room apartment for a maximum of people, 60 m² of living space + 8 m² terrace on the lower ground floor. Through the courtyard you reach your separate entrance on the terrace. First you enter a spacious dining room, then with a large passage the living room with a sofa bed. Separately, the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe follows and then in the basement the small but fully equipped kitchen and the shower bath with washing machine. The space The unique thing about our apartment is the location: opposite the reservoir begins with several swimming spots, so you can just jump into the cool water in between or before or after a day tour. Often you are all alone here and enjoy nature or you can talk to locals. In 5 minutes below the reservoir, you can also experience the current of the Lech with several small islands. You can also spend whole bathing days here without much hustle and bustle. In a short bike ride you can reach the old town of Landsberg in about 15-20 minutes, always riding on a bike path along the Lech, far away from the streets and through the wildlife park with its Kneipp pedal pool, the water playground and the wild boars and deer. Guest access We live in the house and have furnished the apartment on the ground floor. Therefore, we are of course a point of contact for any questions: about the apartment, the surroundings and many possible excursions. We will gladly provide you with paddle boats, bathing utensils such as swim tires, etc. And bikes are available. Other things to note The nearest shopping is best reached by car (6 km) or bicycle (4 km) and the nearest restaurants as well
