Surrounded by five hectares of pure nature, it welcomes 16+ guests to relax, share meals, and enjoy sunsets, just minutes from Tuscany’s highlights and the coast. With spacious living areas across three floors the villa offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort for families, friends, or small gatherings seeking an unforgettable Tuscan escape. The space The villa welcomes 16+ guests with 3 kitchens, 4 terraces, a traditional pizza oven, a swimming pool with sun loungers and a table tennis table. Guest access Guests can use the whole garden around the villa. The house is surrounded by five hectares of wild nature, for your private use with fields, olive groves and woods that invite for leisurely walks in beautiful surroundings. Other things to note The Pool is in the garden and not heated, so it will only be open from May 15 to September 15, if the temperatures allow it. On request we help organizing traditional Tuscan cuisine dinners, cooking classes, wine tastings, horseback riding and many other services. Our gardeners also produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the olive trees that are on the property.
