Our property is located in the old Amerika train station, right on the platform of the disused train line. The apartment is new, from March 2026 you can stay here in the monument. Enjoy absolute silence in wonderful nature. Amerika (district of Penig) is only 15 km away from Chemnitz, located in the Mulde Valley in a beautiful environment of forest, cycling and hiking trails, castles and palaces. Here, those seeking peace and quiet, active vacationers or nature lovers will find an individual refuge. The space The cozy apartment invites you to feel good. With a view of the countryside, you can slow down here. The apartment is a combined living room/bedroom with a box spring bed (140 x 200 cm) and dining area. Here, or on the terrace, you can have a cozy breakfast. Coffee machine (for filter & powder) is available. The bathroom with toilet and shower is bright and flooded with light with a large window. A flat-screen TV and radio provide entertainment. Guest access The apartment has exclusive use of the directly adjacent terrace, which is also access to the apartment. The entire station area is freely accessible Other things to note The apartment has its own entrance, at the back of the station building - directly on the platform and is not visible from the front. There are no more trains! Occasionally a rail car comes by In summer, the small cafe next door is open on Saturday/Sunday afternoon
