We built this property to engage guests in an experience of full contact with nature without sacrificing the comfort of modernity. Woods of old floors, working tables of carpenters of the past and placards of 17th century noble houses have been used trying to make them live together with a modern and minimalist line, characterized by a full glass and ceramic kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. LCD TV with multimedia access, a fast wifi internet network, a chromotherapy shower, LED lighting throughout the house and underfloor heating to ensure maximum well-being. The house respects the nature in which it is inserted having a GREEN soul: it uses wood pellets for heating, it produces hot water with thermal solar panels, produces electricity with photovoltaic panels, uses only LED bulbs and adopts household appliances in class A ++.
