The space Conveniently located close to the royal towns of Senlis and Compiègne and the princely town of Chantilly with its racecourses, this prime location offers you quick access to iconic sites rich in history and charm. Perfect for cultural visits, walks in the heart of nature, or sightseeing getaways. Also located near Paris, this house enjoys a strategic location, about 30 minutes from Roissy and Beauvais airports and 10 km from Pont Sainte-Maxence train station, providing access to Paris Gare du Nord and thus making all your trips easier. You will also enjoy all the amenities in the heart of the village: bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria, bar, newsstand, pharmacy, and a farm selling vegetables, all within a 5-minute walk. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a spacious entrance hall leading, on one side, to a cozy living area, and on the other, to an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, perfect for spending quality time together. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a dedicated area with a washing machine for added convenience. Upstairs, a landing converted into a walk-in closet leads to two bedrooms: • A first bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm) • A second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) A baby crib can be provided upon request to accommodate the little ones. Outside, enjoy a large paved courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing moments. A barbecue is also available upon request. For your comfort, bed linen and bath linen are provided. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi access, perfect for working remotely, as well as a large TV with built-in Netflix. A cozy and functional place, designed to make you feel at home. Guest access Guests have the option to enjoy the entire accommodation 5 guests, including children (one additional infant allowed; please let us know in advance to provide a travel cot) Absolutely no smoking, including hookahs or e-cigarettes, inside the property. The smoking area is located in the courtyard. Noise is strictly prohibited after 10 p.m. and must be moderate during the day to respect the neighborhood, we are in a very quiet residential area. Any complaints from the neighborhood will result in eviction without delay or compensation.
