Its location is ideal for exploring the region’s beaches, charming villages, and historic sites. 🌿 The space Our 323-square-meter (3,469-square-foot) house can accommodate up to 13 people and has been designed to offer space, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Ground floor Entrance hall A practical space with a shoe rack and a coat rack. Living room & sitting area (54 m²) Large, bright, open-plan living space, perfect for gatherings with family or friends. The living room features a comfortable leather sofa, while the large picture windows let in plenty of natural light and provide direct access to the outdoors. The dining room features a large, convivial table for sharing your meals. Fully-equipped kitchen Oven, microwave, stove top with range hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. You can freely enjoy the various spaces: the living and dining rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the bedrooms, the home theater, the games room, and the indoor pool (open from April to October). The large 3,000-m² garden, the terrace, and the pétanque court are also at your disposal to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. The garage can be used for bike storage. The house is fully privatized for your stay. Other things to note The pool is open from April to October. As the house is located in a quiet area, we ask guests to respect the neighborhood and avoid making noise late at night. No smoking inside. Pets are not allowed. The house is intended for a maximum of 13 people. A linens option is available on request for €80, including bed linens, one bath towel, and one hand towel per person, for the entire house. Electricity charges from October to April are not included in the nightly rate: a flat fee of €19 per day will be charged via an Airbnb payment request. A deposit of €1000 will be required upon arrival. It will be fully refunded within one week of your departure, provided no damage is found.
