An ideal place to stay in relaxation surrounded by greenery, away from smog and confusion, without having to give up the proximity of Rome, 40 km away. Ours is a rural structure in harmony with the territory and its traditions, managed with passion. Located in the relaxing and quiet Castelli Romani, it offers an outdoor pool in the summer. It is a strategic point to reach enchanting places in central-southern Lazio, including the Gardens of Ninfa, the Castle of Sermoneta, the Abbey of Valvisciolo, Lake Castel Gandolfo, Lake Nemi, Frascati, the Abbey of San Nilo in Grottaferrata, Villa D'Este in Tivoli, the Hermitage of San Benedetto in Subiaco, Alatri and Anagni. The space The Sole Mio B&B offers three mini-apartments located next to our single-family villa, accessible through a private entrance. Each mini-apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with pots, dishes and cutlery, and a separate bathroom. Outside, you will have a personal table, deckchairs, sun loungers and free access to the pool, regulated according to the safety and chlorination rules provided by law. The rooms are sanitized and ozonized to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. You will not find a television in the rooms, but you can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi. Parking is also free. Breakfast is not included in the price, but in the apartment there is the possibility of preparing tea or coffee. If you would like breakfast prepared by us, you can let us know upon arrival and it will be available at an additional cost to be paid in cash at the property. During the summer season, from June to October, we organize breakfast outside with homemade desserts, while in the winter season, from October to June, we prepare croissants in the oven and bring breakfast directly to the room. Guest access To find us, it is best to use the navigator. There are two gates to enter, choose the one on the right and ring where it says B&B Sole Mio. You will find parking after 50 meters on the left. You will also find us immediately to greet you and show you the apartment or room and the surrounding area. During your stay The owner will be available to guests as he lives in front of the apartments.
