Lances right is only 5min scooter ride away There is also plenty to keep kids entertained with custom swing and ring set, monkey bars, trampoline and a 30m zip line. A heap of board games, etc 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and queen size beds. Large open style 50m2 mezzanine with 2 king size beds and extra single mattresses for extra guests. 10 guests comfortably All rooms have ac’s and the main area including the mezzanine has 2 x ac’s which work very well. Fire TV with all sports, movies and main events, 9 thousand live channels from around the world, Netflix, Disney, kayo and much much more. There’s a fully equipped gym with every attachment necessary for a complete workout, hex style Dumbells 1-10kg and adjustable Dumbells upto 32kg. Yoga mats, fit ball, foam roller, balance board, etc etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, stove, high speed blender, Breville coffee machine, slow press juicer, slow cooker, rice cooker and all pots pans necessary. The fridge is extra large with big capacity for food and freezer etc. Ice bath on the deck and a Webber bbq. All comes with cleaner/food prep assistance and yard cleaning.
