Room in tidy semi-detached

Very clean and tidy room in renovated semi-detached, it offers a modern interior and facilities. Fast wi-fi provided and also has an up to date kitchen and shared lounge. This is a quiet household for anyone that enjoys the peace. The garden has recently been renovated and has a patio area and some seating outside. There is a resident house cat in the property but she’s no bother. There is coffee/tea available in the kitchen and you’re welcome to have any toast/cereal for breakfast. The space 3 bed semi detached situated in a quiet area of Runcorn. Large garden to rear of the property and the bedroom comprises of a new double bed at the rear of the property (upstairs). There is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a lounge/diner area with access to the kitchen and easy access to the garden. The house has fast speed internet and is very modern. The house does have a resident cat so please be aware of this should you have any allergies. Guest access Guests can also us the bathroom and communal areas. During your stay I’m usually around during the week but I will supply a phone number to reach me should I be needed. Other things to note I’m afraid I cannot accommodate pets and I would prefer if you rent the room there are no “overnight guests”. The room is for yourself only.
