La Clusaz, 7-person duplex apartment, quiet location, 7-minute walk to ski slopes

In a typical chalet Haute Savoie, we offer our apartment for 7 people in duplex of 75 m², equipped for family holidays and relaxing. The family occupying the apartment part of the year, every comfort is there to make you feel at home. The equipment is simple but functional. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with twin beds) 1 bathroom with WC 1 landing with sofa. Ground input: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 3 January to recreate a double bed if required. 1 kitchen with oven, refrigerator, washing machine dishes. 1 living room with dining area and lounge area with TV. 1 shower room with toilet. On the same floor, and a south-facing terrace with loungers, chairs and dining table. The apartment is on the first floor of a chalet with 4 units each belonging to a different owner. Access is via stairs not suitable for wheelchair users. Around the cottage, the land willingly welcoming snowmen and snowball fights ... The chalet is among other typical private property and you will be good in peace! On the ground floor you will find a ski room, and in front of the cottage, a large parking area reserved for 3 chalets. These cottages are on a private road in cul de sac, parking is always free places. We also have a garage available. You can leave the car in the parking lot all week and down to the village by bus (stop down the road) or the gondola of the rink (7 mins walk from the cottage). The tracks are at the same location as the gondola, you access via a private road that starts from below the car park. Once at the cottage, you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains of Merdassier and Beauregard. We hope you like it and you will spend a pleasant holiday. Thank you and see you soon
