Whether you're stopping over before your flight, visiting for a wedding, catching up with family & friends or just a quiet getaway, we have curated every detail to ensure your stay feels like a luxurious home away from home. **The Space** Your private room is centered around a luxurious king-size bed, complete with plush linens for a perfect night’s sleep. For those traveling with family members, the room also features a very comfortable sleeper couch suitable for one extra adult or 2 children. **Morning Comforts** We want your mornings to be slow and stress-free. In your suite, you’ll find dedicated food preparation facilities, including: *A microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster. *Coffee machine and tea-making facilities. *A charming breakfast table where you can sit and enjoy the continental breakfast we supply for each morning of your stay. *There is also a full selection of crockery and cutlery if a take-away takes your fancy. **Your Private Facilities** Privacy is a priority here. You will have sole use of two separate bathroom facilities: * A convenient private WC located right outside your bedroom door. This is accessed through a shared space, but the WC is for your sole use. * A full upstairs bathroom featuring both a bath and a shower, ensuring you have plenty of space to unwind. **Nearby Shop** Literally a 90 second walk from our front door is a large Coop that is open until 10pm and has everything that you might want. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and making your visit to Essex truly special! Guest access The main house kitchen is not available to guests for food preparation. However, with your own in-room facilities and breakfast provided, you’ll have everything you need for a self-contained and very comfortable stay. You are very welcome to use the kitchen to access the back garden and also to eat your breakfast on the patio in the back garden if the weather permits. Please also feel free to refresh your water from the main kitchen as well. Shared Spaces: You have your own private toilet right outside your bedroom door which is for your sole use. Your full bathroom including bath and shower are up the stairs on the first floor. This is for your sole use while you are staying with us. During your stay We live in the property so we are available if you need us. You will always be personally welcomed into our home and shown around on your arrival. We love to make you feel welcome when you arrive at our wonderful location. That is why our guests can check in as late as they need as we understand late flights and flight delays may occur, so we believe a friendly face and a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate to make them feel welcome is important. Other things to note We make travel seamless with affordable airport transfers for £25 (this includes the compulsory £10 drop-off fee charged by the airport). We also offer secure holiday car storage (£8/night) We are also situated only a 10 minute drive away from the stunningly beautiful wedding venue, Leez Priory. We may be able to offer you transport to the wedding 😊. Please note that if only 2 people are staying but you require the sleeper couch to be made up for separate sleeping, you would need to book for 3 people as extra linen and cleaning is required for making up the sleeper couch. Needing to prepare the sleeper couch constitutes a 3 person stay.
