Nestled in the heart of the charming, characterful village of Villeneuve-Lembron, overlooked by the magnificent Château de Villeneuve-Lembron, this country house invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay amidst heritage and nature. The space The house opens onto a small intimate courtyard, ideal for enjoying sunny days. On the ground floor you will find an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy dining room with a large convivial table in a wooded and authentic atmosphere. A first bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a laundry room with washing machine complete this level. On the first floor, a lounge area with a TV allows you to relax. There are also three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with a single bed) as well as a second bathroom with bath and toilet. On the top floor, a large fourth bedroom with a double bed offers a quiet and cozy space under the roofs. An ideal place to gather with family or friends and discover the sweetness of Auvergne living. The bed linen and towels are provided and will be ready for your arrival. Guest access The house is located in a narrow cul-de-sac. You can access the property by car to unload your baggage, then park in the public parking lot below. Other things to note We accept only one pet, and only upon request. For the comfort of all our guests, please do not let it go upstairs or on the beds or the sofa. We also ask that you please pick up all of your pet's waste before you leave.
