AKTIV Apartments is located in the center of Leutasch. The spacious apartments overlook the mountains and offer a balcony, terrace, or garden access. The property features a45 m² wellness area with a finnish sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room. Free private parking and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer are available on site. Each apartment at the Handl Appartementhaus features modern Alpine-style furniture, a kitchen or kitchenette with a dining area, satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. On request, different sorts of fresh bread rolls can be delivered in the morning. Various games and high chairs are provided for children. Bicycles and toboggans are provided free of charge for guests. Guests can play table tennis, volleyball and badminton. there is a football goal, balls and rackets, as well as a charcoal grill and a gas grill are available in the garden. Hiking and mountain bike trails are right behind the property and there is access to e-bike trails. In winter the area is famous for cross country skiing and winter hiking trails. The swimming pool Alpenbad Leutasch, a playground, two sports shops with rental service, restaurants and shops are nearby. For reservations between 1 of September and 31 of October a breakfast buffet can be booked additionally. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests (see Extra Bed Rates). Please note that for this apartment, a security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.
