You have your own completely separate area, including your own garden area with a cozy sitting area and parking. Of course, with Wi-Fi. Since the property is located in a residential area, we ask that you behave accordingly. The house is not intended for parties, but for relaxation. It is a non-smoking property. You Of course, you can also smoke outside. Dogs/animals are also welcome. We have a dog ourselves and are also happy to have animals visiting. Our property is separated by a fence, and your dog is welcome to run freely in its area. Please check beforehand whether it can fit under the gate. In about 100 square meters, you will find everything you need for a relaxing break to unwind. The Baltic Sea is a 45-minute drive away. In the village, there is a lake (5-minute walk) where you can also swim. It is 45 minutes to the Müritz. The wildlife park in Güstrow, Güstrow Castle (16 km), Teterow (15 km), Karls Erdbeerhof or Warnemünde are all beautiful excursion destinations for a nice vacation. Shopping facilities are in Lalendorf (about 6 km away). You can park directly on the property upon arrival (there is plenty of space). Sleeping areas The apartment has a maximum of 6 sleeping places plus an extra bed with a baby travel crib. There is a bedroom with 3 single beds and a pull-out bed with 2 additional sleeping options (each 90 x 200). There is a large couch in the living room, which also has a sleeping function for up to 2 people (140 x 200). Bed linens are of course provided. Bathroom There is a bathroom with shower and daylight. Towels and a small set of toiletries are waiting for you. Living Room In the living room, there is a large couch and a dining area. There is a TV here with normal TV channels. Kitchen The large kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Here you can cook and enjoy food like at home. Outdoor Area The large outdoor area is equipped with a cozy sitting area. Here you can enjoy the beautiful weather or end a day at the beach with a glass of wine. Minimum rental period is 3 nights. We are also happy to rent to fitters. As I said, ideal parking options, even for large vans or company vehicles. Guest access There is a key safe.
