The Casina Blanca has been a home from which to listen to the sea, take off your shoes on the grass, let yourself be caressed by the sun and rain and enjoy the experience of living a few days in a natural environment. We are in the middle of the Asturian coast, in a green space, a few minutes walk from Playa España. A new and versatile space in the heart of Asturias from which to disconnect, rest, make a base to visit the region, go on a tour, surf, fish or get to know Asturian cuisine. The space A bright new home in a quiet environment from which you can listen to the wind over the trees or the sound of the sea. With a natural charm, it has been lovingly and carefully decorated, seeking a balance between warmth, comfort and functionality. A few meters from Playa España, we offer you this house with a garden composed of two very well-defined spaces as independent apartments, ideal for staying in two groups with a common outdoor space: The "Tierra" apartment on the ground floor consists of: *open kitchen to living-dining room with fireplace *room with a 105 cm bed and a work table *bathroom with shower *room with a 150 cm bed and a dressing room with storage space All rooms have direct access to the outside, not only for direct contact with nature but for a deep experience from which to be part of it and inhabit the landscape. Guest access The exterior is provided with a green area with ornamental and fruit trees, outdoor awnings, barbecue and porch with a table for 6 people. Access to the property is for the private use of the people staying in the two apartments. The parking lot has room for 2 cars per apartment. Keep in mind that it is a shared space that requires the goodwill of the people staying there. The exteriors: - Outside there is a porch and terrace around the house at ground level with access to the rooms of the "Tierra" apartment. These spaces are for the exclusive use of the people staying in this apartment. - People staying in the "Cielo" apartment have exclusive use of the balcony to access their apartment and the outdoor space generated in the upper part of the property. - The rest of the outdoor space is shared between the people staying in both apartments (clothesline area, parking, outdoor entrance hallways, passage areas). Please keep this in mind to facilitate good coexistence and mutual respect during your stay. Free wifi is available.
