Cozy living in the countryside - former farm

Almost on the Romantic Road - you stay with us in a quiet house (former farm) on the outskirts with a large garden. Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in the two rooms (parents and two children). Children are always welcome here. The space The two bright rooms with large windows are located on the 1st floor. From the first room you have access to a small balcony with seating. The private bathroom is right across the hall. Bathroom amenities are available. There is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and stove. The dining table can accommodate 4 people. Dishes are sufficiently available. 2 people can sleep comfortably on the pull-out sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00). In the adjoining bedroom you will find a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a TV, as well as reading material. Guest access In nice weather, you can snack on the berry bushes and listen to the birds in our beautiful large garden with old fruit trees, enjoy a cool drink on the terrace, grill a steak or sing a song to the guitar by the campfire. In case of technical problems (cyclists, motorcyclists,...) we can also help you with tools, etc. For all e-mobilists we have a power outlet / wallbox. During your stay We live in the attic and will be happy to help you with information and tips on possible activities, and we are of course at your disposal for any other questions. Other things to note The nearest restaurant / inn is 1.6 km away. This can also be reached on foot. Shopping, bakery, bank, doctor, pharmacy are in the neighboring village, 4 km. There you will also find a former Benedictine monastery with beer garden and other restaurants. There are no shops on site. It is best to buy what you need beforehand. Water can be drunk directly from the tap.
