La Rectoral II offers you a duplex accommodation with mountain views in a small rural area of eastern Asturias, with a parking area, barbecue and WiFi. On the ground floor you have a living-dining room, kitchen and toilet and on the first floor a bedroom with a 135cm bed with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom. The space The property consists of 3 townhouses, each with its own garden area, entrance through different facades, ample parking, barbecue and WIFI. Guest access The whole house is for you and yours, your garden area and the barbecue on your porch. Only the parking is shared. Other things to note - The property consists of La Rectoral I and two other apartments La Rectoral II and La Rectoral III . Each has entrance by independent facade, garden and private barbecue and its services are individual. - No pets permitted. - Heating is included in the price from 10/01 to 04/30. - Firewood and charcoal at customer's expense. - If any incident should be reported to the property at the time, never a posterior. That way we will try to solve it to the extent possible to make the stay perfect. - It is important that you remember that there may be other people resting in the rest of the apartments, respect the hours of rest as you would like them to do with you. - The crockery , kitchen appliances and barbecue will have to be left in the same condition you found it, the garbage taken out and the household clothes all used in the same bathroom. - We appreciate that you leave the house properly closed in your absence, as we do not respond for the custody of your personal belongings. - The accommodation will be occupied solely and exclusively by the number of people indicated on the registration form, people whose identity has been registered before their arrival at the time of pre-check-in. - All occupants of the property must register 48 hours before their arrival, their personal data in compliance with RD 933/2021 of October 26, before their arrival at the link that will be provided. - Visits, overnight stays or other similar activities that are not declared in the reservation are not allowed. - The installation of pools or other similar is not allowed. - No connection of electric vehicles to the property network.
