House in the countryside, peaceful setting.

Charming very peaceful house near Normandy Switzerland (about 15 minutes from Clécy) and is located 20 minutes south of Caen and 30-45 minutes from the landing beaches. 400 m2 garden with great exposure. There will just be one room that will not be available during my absence and the door will be locked. In the garden shed there are fitness machines and also an indoor bike in the laundry room. You will have access to Amazon Prime, Netflix and MyCanal The space 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor, very nice space with Vélux. Great for couples. Fenced and secure land. Very quiet neighborhood nearby. Guest access Small path to take. You will have to pass between two blue cars and a house with blue joinery as well. Once in the driveway, you will need to open the gate, park the vehicle and enter through the PVC front door on the front of the house.
