Property occupancy The houseboat can accommodate 8 to 10 people maximum. The number of guests listed at the time of booking must be respected. Any additional undeclared person may result in cancellation of the stay without a refund. ⸻ 🔑 2. Check-in and check-out • A personalized welcome is arranged upon your arrival, including key handover and an initial inventory check. • An exit inventory will also be carried out. • Check-in and check-out times must be respected (unless agreed in advance). ⸻ 💎 3. Security Deposit A security deposit of €2,500 will be required before check-in. It may be paid via Airbnb’s secure system or by bank card authorization, depending on the terms specified before check-in. This deposit covers: • Material damage • Damage to furniture • Failure to follow house rules • One-time cleaning fee in the event of misuse It will be refunded after the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage is found. ⸻ 🔇 4. Smoking & safety • It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the houseboat. • Cigarette butts must not be thrown into the Rhône under any circumstances. • Candles or open flames are prohibited when unattended. ⸻ 🛟 6. Special feature of the place With the houseboat moored on the Rhône: • Children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult. • Guests should exercise caution when moving around the outdoor areas. • It is forbidden to tamper with the technical or mooring equipment. •.
