The fold-out sofa provides extra sleeping space, allowing up to three guests to stay. The space Stylish apartment featuring a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower and WC. A sofa bed in the living room allows the apartment to accommodate up to three guests. Enjoy your private terrace directly behind the apartment, which is exclusively available to you. In addition, you are of course welcome to use the spacious terrace next to the swimming pool without restriction. This is where the pool and the main outdoor area are located, and you are free to enjoy this space throughout your stay. Our main house is also located on the private property. It has its own separate terrace on the other side of the property. This allows us to enjoy our own outdoor area without disturbing our guests or compromising their privacy. The pool is not a separately private pool exclusively belonging to the guesthouse. However, when guests are staying with us, we generally do not use the pool ourselves and always respect our guests’ privacy. This means you can enjoy the pool and the large terrace completely undisturbed, in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Additional thoughtful amenities include a drinking water filter, a selection of teas, and a complimentary welcome drink for a particularly relaxing stay. Adults Only – exclusively for guests aged 18 and over. Guest access We usually welcome our guests personally upon arrival. If this is not possible for any reason, a key box is available from which the key can be collected. Other things to note Please note that our accommodation is exclusively for adults. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to host children. Important Information Regarding the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee In accordance with Greek legislation, a government accommodation tax is applicable and amounts to: • €8 per night for stays from April to October • €2 per night for stays from November to March This fee is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid upon arrival (check-in) or, at the latest, upon departure (check-out).
